Our services
Heritage Land buys land directly from property owners. Information on this website is general and is not an offer to buy any specific property. Any offer we make will be in writing and is subject to a signed purchase agreement, title review, and the terms of that agreement.
No obligation
Requesting or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell. You are free to accept, decline, or ignore any offer.
Price Lock Guarantee
Once you accept a written offer and sign a purchase agreement, we will not reduce the agreed purchase price before closing, unless title review or due diligence reveals a material issue that was not disclosed to us, such as an unrecorded lien, encumbrance, or ownership dispute. If that happens, we will explain the issue to you before any change, and you may decline to proceed.
No professional advice
We are a real estate buyer, not your agent, attorney, or tax advisor. Content on this website is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult your own professionals before selling property.
SMS / text message terms
Program description. Heritage Land LLC sends transactional and conversational text messages to people who have asked about selling their property. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, property details, offer updates, and appointment confirmations.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website form and submitting it, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive replies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or STOPALL. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
